In collaborated webinar with ACC (Association of corporate counsel) Israel, partner Gil Rosenberg has hosted Uriel Citroen, Director of the Markets Department in Israel Antitrust Authority (IAA), and Shlomi Frizet, the former Chief Economist of the IAA , in order to discuss the changes and trends in the competition & antitrust law, including the implications of the COVID-19 crisis in on those fields.
A few of the topis that were disscused in the webinar were IAA’s consultment to Israel’s government offices, the law reform and certain antitrust exemptions , the transition from self-assessment to horizontal and vertical arrangements, the enforcement of and changes in the areas of monopolies and mergers.
