At these difficult and turbulent times, we are very proud to have represented and to take part in another significant milestone of our long time client Kafrit Group. Kafrit Group is a worldwide leader engaged in production and marketing of concentrates and mixtures for the plastics industry, established in and managed out of Kfar Aza, Israel.
As part of the transaction Itay kellner, Tom Small and Ori Haubenstock represented Kafrit in an acquisition of the entire holdings of Absa Resin Technologies Inc., a Canadian company specializing in the production and sale of mixtures for the plastics industry using recycled material.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation and respect for the entire Kafrit family, for their resilience and continued pursuit of excellence despite the difficult circumstances and personal loss during the events of October 7.
