Ofer Manor, Eyal Gilboa, Noga Kedem Mesika, Dor Krupik, Amit Levi, and Ariel Moran represented Omnisys in the sale of all of its shares to Ondas for consideration consisting of $200 million in shares of the acquiring company, with additional potential consideration of up to $60 million, subject to the achievement of sales targets.
Omnisys is an Israeli company that has been operating in the defense sector for more than 25 years, providing advanced operational systems for planning, optimization, mission management, and real-time decision-making for military platforms used by leading armed forces worldwide.
The transaction was also supported by Dorit Rachamim and Mika Rahav, Naama Margolis and Rami Cohen, Chen Nissim and Julian Mallach, and Kobi Winekrantz and Tal Karplus.
