Representation of Superbus & Co. in Major Ministry of Transport Tender

Ronit Neiderman, Maayan Berg, and Yehonatan Poren represented Superbus & Co. in a public tender issued by the Israeli Ministry of Transport for the operation of public bus lines in the Southern Gush Dan cluster. The tender, estimated at NIS 3 billion, includes extensive operations across several major cities: Rishon Lezion, Tel Aviv, Bat Yam, Holon, Petach Tikva, and Be’er Ya’akov.

Our firm provided end-to-end legal counsel throughout all phases of the process, including strategic planning meetings, risk assessment and management, drafting clarification questions, preparation of bid documents, and support on legal, operational, and financial aspects. We also represented the client before the Administrative Court in a petition concerning the participation of Dan Bus Company in the tender.

Following the submission of the bid by our team, Superbus & Co. was awarded the tender, and will begin operating the lines within a few months, under a 10-year concession. This marks a significant and historic milestone in Israel’s public transportation sector, within one of the country’s largest and busiest clusters.
