Adam is a partner at the firm and practices commercial law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with specialization in the fields of high-tech, energy and natural resources (with an emphasis on the natural gas sector).
As part of his practice in the high-tech and venture capital sector, Adam advises clients on investment transactions, fundraising, commercial agreements and general legal counsel. Adam also coordinates the firm’s medical cannabis practice and provides legal services throughout the entire chain of value in the medical cannabis sector including on related regulatory matters.
As part of his practice in the energy and natural resources sector, Adam advises on prominent transactions in the energy market, including power plant construction projects, representing independent power producers in energy sales, negotiating gas purchase and sale transactions, as well as regulatory related matters.
