Inbar is an associate in the Family Law, Inheritance and Intergenerational Transfer Department at the firm.
Inbar advises clients on matters relating to family wealth management and intergenerational transfer, providing legal counsel on a wide range of issues concerning family affairs, property and the continuity of family businesses.
As part of her practice, Inbar is involved in drafting wills, prenuptial agreements, lasting powers of attorney and family agreements, and advises clients on the planning and structuring of the intergenerational transfer of assets and wealth, while tailoring legal solutions to each client’s personal and family needs.
In addition, Inbar is involved in family law litigation and assists in proceedings before the Family Courts and the Rabbinical Courts, including divorce claims, family disputes and inheritance disputes.
In addition to her professional practice, Inbar is part of the firm’s pro bono team, which coordinates and promotes the firm’s community engagement initiatives.
