Lior is an associate in the firm’s Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure Department, and also in the Tenders Department.
As part of his work in the Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure Department, Lior provides ongoing legal counsel on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including electricity, renewable energy, transportation, desalination, oil and gas. In addition, Lior advises and represents lenders, borrowers and developers in financing and project transactions, both locally and internationally.
As part of his work in the Tenders Department, Lior advises on large-scale projects across a range of fields, including infrastructure, consulting, services and technology. In addition, Lior represents and advises local and international companies in preparing for tenders, analyzing requirements and threshold conditions, drafting clarification questions and preparing bid documents, as well as providing support and representation in objections/appeals and petitions relating to tender proceedings.
