Mor is an associate in the High-Tech and Venture Capital Practice, specializing in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Mor represents entrepreneurs and companies across a wide range of industries, as well as private investors. Her work includes, among other things, ongoing counsel and accompaniment of private companies at all stages of their development – from early incorporation stages through advanced stages – handling a variety of commercial matters, drafting complex commercial agreements, and advising on investment and acquisition transactions.
Mor also has unique expertise in equity compensation plans, and she advises on various aspects of equity incentives for both private and public companies, as well as founders and senior employees.
In addition, Mor, who began her professional career in the Litigation Practice, brings with her litigation experience that contributes in a distinctive way to her work in the commercial field.

During her studies, Mor was a member of “Hukim”, a journal published by the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, dedicated inter alia to commentaries on existing or proposed legislation and proposals for new legislation.
