Nehemia Schneid

Nehemia is an attorney in the Tax Department. During his work at the firm, he has been involved in several large and significant transactions. Among other things, Nehemiah specializes in mergers, dissolutions and restructuring of companies, international taxation, real estate taxation, obtaining tax exemptions for clients in various areas such as withholding tax, obtaining grants from the Innovation Authority, reducing corporate tax under the Law for the Encouragement of Capital Investments, as well as objections and representation in assessment proceedings before the Tax Authority.
