Ron is a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Practice. He is an expert in securities law, corporate law, and commercial law, with extensive experience leading and advising on international transactions.
Ron has extensive experience advising corporate entities and private entrepreneurs across various sectors, from the establishment stage of a venture, through seed capital raising and all aspects of its operations and growth, and up to and following listing on a stock exchange and public offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, and the New York Stock Exchange, including by way of dual listing.
Ron has experience in a wide range of business sectors, including life sciences and pharmaceuticals, retail, communications, e-commerce, and agri, among others. He advises and supports his clients in their ongoing activities, in commercial transactions, and in complex transactions involving the sale and purchase of shares and business activities (mergers and acquisitions), including negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements. In addition, Ron has expertise in advising on legal due diligence conducted on behalf of underwriters for companies in equity or debt capital-raising processes.
