Yehonatan is an associate in the firm’s Tender Law Practice.
Yehonatan’s work in the firm’s Tender Law Practice includes accompanying state-owned enterprises, statutory bodies, dual-essence entities and private entities in managing tender procedures and competitive procedures in connection with projects of significant financial scope, and in different and diverse fields (including infrastructure, services, consultants, technology, etc.). Yehonatan also accompanies private entities (local and international) in preparation for competitive procedures and tenders and during the pre-contractual period. This includes drafting legal, professional and financial clarification questions, preparing strategic plans, drafting and editing offer documents and assisting in different legal procedures. In addition, Yehonatan accompanies the department’s clients in various commercial matters.
In addition to his work in the Tender Law Practice, Yehonatan has extensive experience in Intellectual Property litigation, including accompanying litigation matters, drafting pleadings, representation in court at all levels, and providing legal advice. Yehonatan also has experience in enforcing Intellectual Property rights, including Copyright, Designs and Trademarks, from the consultation and registration stages to the completion of registration (including proceedings before the Registrar of Trademarks, opposition procedures etc.) and registration renewals. Yehonatan also has experience providing legal advice in matters related to Intellectual Property, including in the context of transactions, drafting various contracts and service provider agreements, and M&A.
Other activities
- Yehonatan served as the chairman of the Hebrew University Law Students Association. In this role, Yehonatan handled complicated matters within the faculty and the university, and externally, including serving as a consultant to the students’ representatives in a public committee of the Israeli Department of Justice.
- Yehonatan served as a director of the Hebrew University Law Faculty Alumni association.
- Yehonatan worked as an intern in a loss adjusters office, and practiced loss adjusting prior to, and during, his law degree studies
