Michal Ohana, Ofer Shapira, Alona Regev, and Or Levin represented Phoenix Gamma in obtaining a license as a payment services company from the Israel Securities Authority, pursuant to the Regulation of Engagement in Payment Services and Payment Initiation Law, 2023.
Under the license, the company is authorized to provide payment services including payment account management, issuance of payment instruments (payment transfers), payment transaction clearing in its capacity as a clearing aggregator, and basic payment initiation services.
