Michal Ohana, Alona Regev, and Or Levin represented WIC Worldcom Finance Ltd. in obtaining a payment services license from the Israel Securities Authority under the Regulation of Engagement in Payment Services and Payment Initiation Law, 2023.
The company, which currently operates as a regulated financial entity under the supervision of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority, is also authorized to provide the following payment services: payment account management; clearing and issuance of payment transactions; payment transfers; extension of credit; and currency conversion ancillary to a payment transaction.
