Dror Harpaz, Shai Sarig, Noemi Schmayer, and Amichay Fixler successfully represented Neuromagen Pharma Ltd. in a complex legal dispute with Dr. Gil Ben Menachem—a company co-founder, shareholder, former CEO, and director. The proceedings were handled simultaneously in the Tel Aviv District Court (Economic Division) and the Labor Court.
Our team worked to dismiss the claims brought by Dr. Ben Menachem and filed a counterclaim on behalf of the company. Ultimately, the parties reached a settlement, under which all claims filed by Dr. Ben Menachem were dismissed, and one of the company’s investors acquired his shares at approximately 20% of their value in the company’s most recent investment round, which had closed just a month prior.
