Jack Smith, Adam Dozetas, and Tal Cohen represented Dalia Energies in a long-term agreement for the purchase of natural gas from the gas supplier Energean Israel, with a total financial scope of approximately USD 2 billion.
The gas supply is intended for two power stations that Dalia is developing, which are approaching financial closing.
The agreement includes unique arrangements for the transfer of gas quantities between the power stations under construction and also to other companies in the Dalia Energies group that operate existing power stations.
