Ofer Zuzovsky and Moshe Hen represented Gindi Holdings in a significant sale of the commercial avenue in its Ramat Efal project. The property was sold to Azorim for approximately NIS 160 million.
The project, located in a developing area of Ramat Gan, includes hundreds of apartments and tens of thousands of square meters of office and commercial space. Its strategic location near the future Purple Line of the light rail makes it one of the most promising complexes in the Gush Dan area.
