He has extensive experience advising fintech ventures and financial institutions, including on regulatory matters, commercial advisory work, licensing, the establishment of corporate structures, anti-money laundering and counter-terror financing (AML), entry into new markets, and strategic business collaborations.
Andrey advises companies, investment houses, foreign banks, exchange members, trading platforms, algorithmic trading firms, and other financial institutions. In addition, he advises blockchain ventures, gaming companies, and Web3 initiatives, as well as on matters relating to ICOs, DeFi, DAOs, tokenization, payment solutions, and cross-border activities.
