Omer provides ongoing legal advice to both private and publicly traded corporations and represents them in a wide variety of complex corporate and commercial transactions and issues, including with respect to Board practices, IPO’s, secondary offerings, private offerings, interested party, mergers and acquisitions and the issuance of financial products at the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
