Einat Weidberg, Yoav Manor, Keren Gugel, and Niv Lasky, together with Keren Maimon-Sandler, Gil Rosenberg, Galit Ofer, Ido Blumenfeld, Omer Segev, Mika Rahav, and Yoav Ben-Porat, represented Plasan Sasa, owned by Kibbutz Sasa, which develops protective systems for armored combat vehicles and survivability solutions for naval and aircraft platforms, in its merger transaction with Charmochrom, a manufacturer of metal parts and components for defense companies owned by Manor Evergreen Fund and the Lavi family. As a result of the merger, Charmochrom will constitute Plasan’s third operating arm, and according to media reports, the parties intend to pursue an IPO of the merged company at a valuation of at least NIS 2 billion.
