Beeri Golan is an associate in the Banking and Finance Department. Beeri provides ongoing legal counsel to clients in the banking and finance sector, including advising on domestic and cross-border financing transactions – from structuring the transaction and negotiating credit terms and collateral, through drafting and managing the legal documentation (including syndications, corporate finance and project finance), to advising on banking and financial regulatory matters
