Lance Blumenthal is a partner Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance practice.
He is an expert in the fields of infrastructure and mega-projects, with extensive experience in the transportation field advising and supporting major corporations in complex transactions and strategic projects.
Throughout his career, Lance has been involved in some of the most complex projects in the infrastructure and energy sector for both Israeli and international clients including representing various contractors in multiple lines of the Tel Aviv Light Rail network.
Lance’s extensive experience includes advising international and local clients in all stages of infrastructure and construction projects, from tender preparation and submission, strategic contractual advice during project execution, as well as dispute management and resolution.
Lance has also been extensively involved in corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies. Widely published in multiple local and international publications, Lance is recognized for his extensive knowledge and experience in the Israeli infrastructure arena having represented contractors, subcontractors and project owners.
He earned his law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and has since built a reputation as one of the leading lawyers in his field, specializing in complex energy and infrastructure projects.
